The fine print and good to know
Term, cancelling, billing, GST, what a change request is
The fine print, in plain English
Setup fee: A$0 on every plan.
Minimum term: 3 months, which covers the work of building your site. After that it's month to month.
Cancelling: cancel anytime after the 3-month minimum. Your plan ends at the end of the period you've paid for. No exit fee.
Billing: monthly in advance. Sign up and pay on this site by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Prefer PayPal? You can use PayPal on every plan and add-on.
GST: we're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. The price shown is the price you pay. If that changes we'll give you at least one calendar month's notice by email.
Good to know
A change request is a small edit of about 15 minutes, such as new hours, a photo swap, updated fees or a new team bio. Unused requests don't roll over.
Bigger jobs (a new section or a redesign) are quoted by email first, as a flat price. Nothing is charged without your written OK.
Your site goes live about 7 business days after we receive your complete content (questionnaire answers and photos).
Switching? We move your site for free: your pages up to your plan's limit, redirects, your "Book now" link and your domain. Moving email isn't included.
If you leave, you keep your domain and we send you your site files, free.
Not included: paid ads, SEO campaigns or ranking promises, online shops, logo design (included in Business Plus as part of bespoke design), or writing specialist or health-claim content.

Proof your site is ready, before it goes live
Every site comes with a one-page launch report: the tests it passed, its speed and accessibility scores, and how it looks on a phone and on a computer. Plain English, no code.

Base plans: cancel anytime after the 3-month minimum. Your plan ends at the end of the period you've paid for; no exit fee. Add-ons are different: every add-on is cancel anytime, no notice, and ends at the end of the paid period. An add-on cancelled ends at the end of the paid period, no refund and no further charge. The 3-month minimum and 30 days' notice apply to base plans only.
Pre-launch refund: if you're not happy with the design before launch and tell us in writing before you approve it, we'll refund your first payment in full and your subscription will end, with no further fees.
We don't give refunds for a change of mind on months that have already started, apart from the pre-launch refund above. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded.
